This fan has two different designs, the first one is powered by 5# dry battery or 5V charging cable; the other one is powered by built-in 1500mAh lithium battery or 5V charging cable. Low power consumption and lower noise. All of them have double vents, each of them could work independantly with 40 degrees up and down adjustable range.
